The quiz is comprised of 100 random questions, 50 text based questions and 50 BSL video questions. At the end of the test you will be given a suggested route through Signstation best suited to your knowledge.

For people with little or no experience of working with a Deaf person, this could be the most useful first stage in communication and an excellent resource for understanding fundamental Deaf workplace issues.
Amy and Zing's amazing A-Z of sign language could be described as your first steps towards learning BSL. Amy and Zing is an entertaining 26 chapter programme aimed at people who want to know more about BSL and the Deaf community. The programme is supported by subtitles, audio voiceover and subtitle script. This programme is also available on DVD.
For those who are ready to learn BSL, "The Company" is a teach yourself British Sign Language (BSL) course designed to allow you to discover, learn and practise this language whenever and wherever you want. The course is aimed at those people who come into contact with Deaf people in the workplace but it will be of value to all those Deaf and hearing people who wish to communicate with each other in any context.
